You must be 18 or older to purchase rifles and shotguns, and 21 or older to purchase handguns. All applicable federal and state laws apply.

Federal law requires all firearms to be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer. Once it arrives, your FFL will handle the background check and ATF paperwork before releasing the firearm to you.

Some brands require additional verification to ship, which means F&TF will need to handle certain orders directly. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for these orders to arrive.

Yes. It is entirely the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that any firearm, magazine, accessory, or component purchased from Field and Tactical Firearms is legal to own, possess, and transfer in your state, county, and city before placing an order. Laws vary widely by jurisdiction and change frequently. We cannot provide legal advice about firearm laws in your area.

If you place an order for a firearm that cannot legally be shipped to your state or transferred at your local FFL, your order cannot be fulfilled. Because all sales are final, you will not be entitled to a refund. We strongly encourage every customer to verify compliance before completing checkout.
